Physique
Build muscle, reduce body fat and develop the athletic-looking body your training should reflect.
1:1 physique + performance coaching
Get leaner, stronger and more athletic through the Performance Physique Protocol, built for your real week, not a perfect one.
For men ready to take their physique and performance seriously.

It's not a discipline problem. It's a system problem.
You train. You eat pretty well. You know more about fitness than the average person.
But when training, food, movement and accountability run separately, the good weeks never become a repeatable structure. Work gets busy, the sequence breaks and the body stays roughly the same.
Effort without structure doesn't compound.
02 / The outcome
You should not have to choose between a body you are proud of and a body that can perform.
Build muscle, reduce body fat and develop the athletic-looking body your training should reflect.
Get stronger, improve conditioning and become capable outside the controlled environment of the gym.
Create a structure that survives work, travel, dinners out and the normal pressure of a full life.
03 / Client results
The standard is not a perfect week. It is a coordinated system that keeps producing the next honest step forward.
Before
AfterReece is a dad and business owner whose health and fitness lost direction after a run of injuries. He is now in the best shape of his life, completing runs and HYROX events while keeping his strength.
Before
AfterMarc had never been a runner. After moving from 86kg to 77kg in 12 weeks, he went on to complete City2Surf in under 1 hour 20 minutes and his first half marathon while getting stronger in the gym.
Before
AfterTiernan started at 116kg and needed a plan that could survive travel, meals out and long workdays. In 11 weeks he reached 99kg while continuing to train, walk and build momentum through real-life weeks.
Before
AfterGerry wanted to get leaner without giving up his strength. He moved from 89kg to 78kg in 12 weeks, with clearer definition and his gym performance still moving forward.
Before
AfterJordan's result shows what can happen when training and nutrition stop working as separate plans. He moved from 96kg to 81kg in 12 weeks and revealed more of the muscle he had already built.
Before
AfterHarold works full time, travels and plays plenty of badminton. He had already lost weight but was stuck at a plateau, so we coordinated the week and helped him push toward the visible abs he had been working for.
Before
AfterLeo is a business owner and dad with long workdays and serious responsibilities. He is now in the best shape of his life so far, while improving his strength and building a stronger fitness base.
Before
AfterJulian was already training, but wanted his effort to show in a sharper physique leading into his wedding. The focus was clear structure around the deadline without letting the rest of life fall apart.
Before
AfterEvan is a coach himself, so knowledge was never the missing piece. He wanted external accountability, another set of eyes and a more coordinated structure to get leaner.
Every client starts from a different place. Individual results vary and require consistent execution.
04 / Client wins
Strength moving. Runs getting easier. Work clothes loosening. A plan that still works around family events and travel. These are the weekly wins that show the system is becoming part of real life.
2kg down in under two weeks while still enjoying family events and meals out.
Pull-ups moved from four reps to six to eight, while work pants and a belt started feeling looser.
Back to a 5km run, up 2.5 to 10kg across lifts and pressing 45kg dumbbells.
Basketball feels easier, less tiring and more enjoyable as fitness improves.
No binges or soft drinks since starting. Cravings are down and the client feels better.
Looking leaner within weeks, with new arm definition and veins that had never been visible before.
Multiple personal bests, including a first 32.5kg dumbbell incline press and a clearer understanding of real training effort.
Stayed consistent while away for work instead of letting a disrupted week stop the plan.
Into the 73kg range for the first time in years and running 20 minutes without stopping at the best pace in years.
05 / The Performance Physique Protocol
Most plans give you information. The Performance Physique Protocol connects the decisions and adjusts them every week based on real data from your real week.
Progressive programming built around your goal, experience, equipment, recovery and actual weekly schedule. Not a generic PDF.
Clear targets, meal structure and practical decisions for work dinners, travel and weekends. Structure, not restriction.
Real check-in data drives the next decision. Your plan responds to the week you actually had, not the ideal week written on day one.
Ask questions, share context and get a real judgment call when work, recovery or life changes the plan.
Physique, performance, habits and recovery are tracked so decisions come from evidence instead of guesswork.
Normal, busy and survival versions of the week keep the system intact when your calendar gets crowded.
Where it serves the goal, cardiovascular work is integrated without unnecessarily sacrificing muscle, strength or recovery.
06 / How it works
Tell Jeff where you are, what you want and what has kept the effort from translating.
If the fit is strong, you will receive a private invitation to talk through the gap and what needs to change.
Training, nutrition, movement and accountability are coordinated around your actual week.
Follow the plan, report honestly and let real data shape the next weekly decision.

07 / Your coach
I spent years focused on building the best physique possible, through natural bodybuilding and Men's Physique competition. That work earned wins and ICN Pro status, but it also taught me that appearance was only one part of the standard.
I wanted to be strong, run well, handle conditioning and still maintain a physique I was proud of. That shift into hybrid training now shapes how I coach.
Today I apply the same connected approach while preparing across physique and HYROX performance. I am not asking clients to follow a theory I stopped living years ago.

09 / Real life is part of the plan
Long hours. Travel. Dinners out. A social life. Previous attempts at tracking. A schedule that cannot hold six training days.
Those are not reasons to wait. They are the inputs the plan should have been built around from the beginning.
The goal is not to perform perfectly when life is quiet. It is to keep the system intact when the week gets real.
10 / Questions
Yes. Online delivery means your training, nutrition, data and communication stay connected across the whole week. You are not limited to one session with no context for what happens between appointments.
No. Frequency is built around your goal, training history, recovery and schedule. The right number of purposeful sessions beats forcing six days into a life that cannot support them.
Not automatically. Tracking can be useful for awareness and precision, but the nutrition approach is chosen around the individual. The goal is a structure you can execute and understand.
Yes. Dinners out, travel weeks and social events are planned for before they happen. The skill is learning how to manage real situations, not avoiding them forever.
Yes. Running, sport and conditioning can be accounted for when they support your priorities. The total workload is coordinated so one goal does not quietly undermine another.
No, but it is designed for men who are ready to take their results seriously. It is especially valuable when you already know your way around a gym but need everything to work together.
The level of support is personalised. After Jeff reviews your application and understands the result you are working toward, the relevant coaching option and investment will be explained clearly before you make a decision.
Jeff reviews every application. If the fit is strong, you will be contacted with a private invitation to a strategy call. The calendar is not opened to every visitor.
