What is collected
When you apply for coaching, JLF Coaching collects the details you submit, including your name, email address, optional Instagram handle, age, training background, goals, current challenges and readiness for personalised coaching.
How it is used
Your information is used to review whether JLF Coaching may be a suitable fit, contact you about your application, prepare for a strategy call and manage the application process. It is not sold to third parties.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in the website's protected database. Access to the application dashboard is restricted to the business owner through authenticated sign-in. Reasonable technical measures are used to limit unauthorised access.
Service providers
Website hosting, database, email-delivery and booking providers may process limited information where required to operate the application and call-booking workflow. They receive only the information needed to provide that service.
Retention and your choices
Application details are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed for the coaching enquiry and business records. You may ask to access, correct or delete your application information by contacting JLF Coaching.
